Dr. Cooper and his staff are THE best in the Nashville area. Always accomodating, friendly and helpful with reasonable prices. Dr. Cooper can make even a root canal bearable!

My front teeth had become dangerously thin, to the point that the color of a gloved finger could be seen through my teeth. They had also become very dark and were very easy to chip. Dr. Newman explained that the teeth were in danger of breaking and if the teeth were to break, I would encounter a host of other problems. He stated they needed to be protected by either bonding or front teeth crowns and explained the pros and cons of each procedure. I was aware that my teeth were no longer "pretty" which made me smile less often. Between that and the fear of them breaking, I decided to have crowns placed on all 4. Dr. Newman and his staff worked efficiently, effectively and pain free. I received my new crowns yesterday. When I arrived home and smiled at my husband, his immediate reaction was "how pretty". I had a similiar reaction from my 18 yr old daughter. I thank Dr. Newman and his staff for boosting my self-image and decreasing my risk of having broken front teeth. Thanks a lot

I recently developed a very abnormal toothache. I say abnormal because in 34 years, 12 + with Dr. Newman, I have never had any major dental work, pain, etc. I realize I am lucky! I called Dr. Newman on a Saturday to explain the pain and he asked if I could meet him at his office that afternoon. I told him that wasnt necessary and I would wait until Monday AM to come to office. When I arrived Monday AM prior to 8:00AM there were already patients in the waiting room. Aside from their scheduled appointments it appeared there were a few others who had dental issues over the weekend. Being a professional myself I understand the importance of a schedule and what its like to have drop in or last minute appointments. Part of me felt bad about asking to be worked in because I was in pain but not as much as the 2 other drop in. I offered to receptionist that I could come back and she politely said that it was no problem and Dr. Newman would be right with me. There were 3 existing appointments and 2 dental emergencies first thing on a Monday morning. Dr. Newman and his staff never missed a beat took it all in stride! Dr Newman examined my tooth and determined it was cracked and I needed to see an Endodontist ASAP. They were able to setup appointments soon as I left his office. The result was I had to have a root canal & a crown. For many years the Ritz Carlton experience has been considered by many to be the Gold standard in customer service. From the moment you walk in the door until you depart they are there to provide the highest level of customer service & take genuine care / comfort of their guests. I experienced this level of professionalism and service in every aspect of recent experience with Dr. Newman, his receptionist & hygienists. From organizing a very busy waiting room at 8:00AM on a Monday morning, to the care of received from the hygienists & Dr. Newman, setting up the additional dental appointments, follow up calls to see how I was doing all the way down to printing directions to the other office to make sure I got there it was truly the highest level of service one could ever expect. This is why I strongly recommend Dr. Newman and why my parents drive from Springfield, TN and sisters from Atlanta GA to be patients of Dr. Newmans as well.

From the first phone call I have been blown away with the customer service this office offers. When arriving to my appointments Im greeted, offered coffee, when seated offered paraffin hand wax treatment along with lots of other amenities and on my first appointment was taken on an office tour. All of this service helps me relax and enjoy the appointment instead of being on edge. Dr. Nabors takes the time to get to know me as a person not just his patient. The bridge and implant crown are absolutely beautiful they look like my natural teeth. The 3 hour drive I have does not even bother me because I look forward to seeing Dr. Nabors and his employees. I have never been so impressed with a dental office.

Okay, if you want personalized dentistry, you will NOT get better than Dr. Pop and his staff of professionals. Best things: he's totally GREAT with a needle for anesthesia, he always tells you what he's doing and constantly asks if you're okay. He provides breaks if you're needing them. He understands anxiety and accounts for that. He is relaxing and funny, but don't mention the Titans this year. Nicole, his extremely adept assistant, could, in my opinion, do many of the procedures herself, and if not, she and Dr. Pop have a team spirit where they act like each other's right arm. I have put off molar care for too long and was extremely axious about these procedures. However, YOU DO NOT NEED TO FEAR THIS DENTIST! He tells you what to expect and by the second session, OMG, you're one of the family. And Sonia at the front desk--OMG, she bends over backwards to help you with EOB's and financing and how to get your teeth fixed with the least amount of (financial) suffering. She and I like the same TV programs too.! haI hardily recommend Dr. Pop and his staff for anyone who has dental issues, big or small. And mine were BIG. Don't ask Dr. Pop because he'll spend 10 minutes telling you how bad my molars were. WERE. v
