Patient Review 1:

Okay, if you want personalized dentistry, you will NOT get better than Dr. Pop and his staff of professionals. Best things: he's totally GREAT with a needle for anesthesia, he always tells you what he's doing and constantly asks if you're okay. He provides breaks if you're needing them. He understands anxiety and accounts for that. He is relaxing and funny, but don't mention the Titans this year. Nicole, his extremely adept assistant, could, in my opinion, do many of the procedures herself, and if not, she and Dr. Pop have a team spirit where they act like each other's right arm. I have put off molar care for too long and was extremely axious about these procedures. However, YOU DO NOT NEED TO FEAR THIS DENTIST! He tells you what to expect and by the second session, OMG, you're one of the family. And Sonia at the front desk--OMG, she bends over backwards to help you with EOB's and financing and how to get your teeth fixed with the least amount of (financial) suffering. She and I like the same TV programs too.! ha

I hardily recommend Dr. Pop and his staff for anyone who has dental issues, big or small. And mine were BIG. Don't ask Dr. Pop because he'll spend 10 minutes telling you how bad my molars were. WERE. v

I love Dr Popp and the rest of the office too. I like the location. I like how nice they are when they call to remind me about my appointment. I felt comfortable discussing dental options with Dr Popp and his staff in terms of what would be most cost efficient and time efficient without compromising dental health.

I feel like they have made an effort to figure out what is best and most important to me.

I have recommended he and his staff to at least one family member and a close friend.

About Hygienist: She is the hands down the best hygenist who has ever worked on my teeth!! She always has helpful dental tips and does just the right amount of talking. Her enthusiasm about dental health is contagious. She has a way of making you re commit to your teeth.

I love Doctors that are not stuffy and actually talk to you like a real person, not only as a patient. This is Dr. Pop, plus I love saying his name..how cool is that?

Dr. Pop got me through some rough times.. it's true I wanted to run out of the office, but they held me down as I asked. :) just kidding...

About Hygienist: Sue is super efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. She makes me want to work harder on my teeth, because I don't her to be disappointed in me! I have never learned so much in a 30 minute session and my teeth come out so clean!

Dr. Pop is both friendly and highly qualified. I have been very happy with his treatment. Even when I had discovered a TMJ problem, he saw me within 24hrs of my first phone call and got me an emergency referral to a jaw specialist who was booked 3 mos out.

He is the primary dentist for my family. We intend to remain his patients as long as we are in Nashville.

His staff is very friedly and efficient with insurance filing.

I have never been treated so well, all the way around, at any other dentist office in my life....and I have been to plenty ever since I was a child. Dr. Pop and his entire staff are the ultimate in consideration and care as well as having the lastest and greatest in technology. I have been completely satisfied with all my dental work and no pain from Dr. Pop! You also will not find a better hygenist than Sue if you searched the world over! Nor a better receptionist and assistance than Sonya and Nicole!
