Having crooked bottom teeth my entire life, I felt my only

solution was braces. But Dr. Wells assured me his

restoration techniques could improve the appearance of

those teeth without braces! Yea!

Denise did a thorough oral exam with x-rays, then Jaime

and Rachel took photos - for my "Before" and "After" tooth appearances later on! All three ladies were superb!

Dr. Wells consulted with me on a suggested course of

treatment. No one was pushy or high-pressure...the staff

treated me and my little granddaughter, who was with me,

like royal guests! They offered beverages, blankets, the

Disney channel for my granddaughter, and continually

made sure we were comfortable. What graciousness!

After finishing the endodontic work needed, I look forward

to returning to Dr. Wells' office to acquire a "brilliant" smile!

As was the first visit, it was a pain-free, terrific experience!

About Hygienist: Denise's charismatic smile - flashed with a perfect set

of teeth, I might add - was genuine and caring. She performed my initial exam/x-rays with efficiency and precision.

Obviously well-trained and experienced, she made the

entire exam go by quickly.

She was also attentive to my granddaughter, who was

waiting for me in the reception area. I found Denise to be

quite thoughtful.

They worked me in ASAP and got a temporary fix for my broken tooth, Deb Ham set up a cleaning and exam for me the following week so that they could just check out everything that was going on. When I came in for my appointment I was very nervous. Deb suggested that I relax in the tranquility room until I felt ready to begin my cleaning. She brought me some water and I relaxed until I felt comfortable. Denise Rice was my hygienist, I was so impressed with how easy she made it for me. When Denise was finished, Dr Wells came in for my exam and he was so great, he made me feel so comfortable about what I was going to need to have a healthy mouth and he said that my broken tooth could easily be fixed with a crown, that was a huge relief for me. I have to say for the first time I was excited to be making decisions about my smile. With my past dental experiences I have hated everything about the visit especially the part that entails having to hear the long terrifying list of things that I need to have done the next time I come back; but Dr Wells explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. For the first time that I can remember I left the dentist stress free and comfortable with everything that had happened. I have to say that I left Dr Wells office excited to return for my next appointment!
